1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing greatbritishwins.co.uk («Great British Wins», the «Platform»), creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before playing.

2. OPERATOR

The Platform is operated by Top Media co. Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 231 Chapeltown Road, Leeds LS7 3DX, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use Great British Wins. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where social gaming is lawfully permitted.

4. NATURE OF PLATFORM — NOT GAMBLING

Great British Wins is a free social casino for entertainment purposes only. It is NOT gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 (UK):

No real money is required to play any game on Great British Wins

Tokens — our virtual currency — are not 'money or money's worth' within the meaning of Section 235 of the Gambling Act 2005 and have no monetary value

Great British Wins does not award prizes of money or anything having monetary value

Top Media co. Ltd does not hold, and is not required to hold, a licence from the Gambling Commission

5. TOKENS — VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Tokens (🎟) are Great British Wins' virtual points system. Tokens: (a) have no monetary or financial value whatsoever; (b) cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, vouchers, or any goods or services; (c) cannot be transferred between user accounts; (d) cannot be purchased with real money under any circumstances; (e) are earned through gameplay only. Top Media co. Ltd may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tokens system at any time without liability.

6. NATIONS CUP

Nations Cup is a free-to-enter weekly social competition. Participation earns regional pride points, not money or anything of monetary value. Regional Pride Badges are virtual cosmetic items with no monetary value. Nations Cup does not constitute a lottery, prize competition, or gambling under the Gambling Act 2005. Top Media co. Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Nations Cup at any time.

7. GOLD MEMBER SUBSCRIPTION

Gold Member is a cosmetic subscription at £2.99 per month inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. It provides cosmetic benefits only — visual themes, portrait avatars — and confers zero gameplay advantage. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided digital content has not been accessed.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) exploit bugs for unfair advantage; (d) harass, bully, or abuse other members; (e) attempt to assign monetary value to Tokens or trade them for real money; (f) impersonate other users or Top Media co. Ltd staff.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content — including game mechanics, design, Nations Cup mechanics, Frank and Brenda characters, and The Great British Blog — is owned by Top Media co. Ltd or its licensors and protected by UK copyright law (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988). Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Top Media co. Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display it.

10. PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (greatbritishwins.co.uk/privacy) and UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018.

11. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection law. Gold Member must match its description and be fit for purpose.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users in Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring claims in their respective local courts.
